Terms & Conditions – Design Services

Limitation of Liability
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that design is a subjective process. You are requesting design advice and assistance from the in-house design team at Estland Group. While we strive to provide considered, professional recommendations, you are under no obligation to follow them. If you choose to proceed based on our advice, we accept no liability for any physical or emotional outcomes resulting from your decisions.

Refunds
Full payment is required once items are agreed upon and prior to ordering from our suppliers. Please note that most vendor-purchased items are non-returnable. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned. Our design services are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with our design advice.

Photographing Completed Works
By engaging our services, you agree to allow Estland Group to photograph your project during and after its completion. This includes 'before and after' photos used for documentation and portfolio purposes.

Social Media
Project photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including online and social media. We will not disclose your name or address without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property
All designs, documentation, concepts, and deliverables remain the property of Estland Group (ABN 30 653 174 300). They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in whole or part without written consent from an authorised Estland Group representative.

Measurements & Discrepancies
All dimensions are in millimetres unless stated otherwise. Any omissions or discrepancies must be reported to the designer as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy
All personal information provided to Estland Group is handled with care and in accordance with privacy laws. Your information is used only for order-related communication or our newsletter (if subscribed). We do not store credit card details or share information with third parties.

Terms & Conditions – Products / Goods / Shipping & Returns

Availability
All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. Some items may be available for pre-order, and these will be clearly labeled.

Shipping Policy
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched. For made-to-order or back-ordered products, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timeline.

Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged if unused. To initiate a return, contact us at info@estlandandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email us at info@estlandandco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your name, address, and order number. Await return confirmation.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging, including the invoice.

  3. Return to: Estland Group, 19 Lucille Street, Boondall, QLD 4034, Australia.

  4. We are not liable for lost return parcels. Please obtain tracking and consider insurance for transit.

  5. Goods will be inspected within 3 business days. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to immediate processing. Orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind once fulfilled.

Product Images
Product images are for reference only. Decorative details or packaging may vary depending on availability.

Bulk Orders & Gift Boxes
For large quantity orders, additional lead time may be required. We will notify you of any delays or special handling requirements.
