Your shipping will be determined by Australia Post weight range and size charges. This is generally the most cost efficient service for parcels measuring around 50cm x 50cm with lighter weights.

For bulky items we recommend a courier service to save on postage within Australia. Prices will vary depending on item and location.

We are currently trialling using AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL PRE-PAID SATCHELS and FEDEx COURIER SERVICE
Australia Post Pre Paid International Satchels can be sent to China, New Zealand and the UK and Ireland

For all other countries or for that do not fit within the Australia Post Prepaid Satchel Guidelines will be quoted from FEDEx or a similar international courier company.
Please note that shipping internationally can be very costly. We are happy to refund your purchase if you decide not to go ahead because of shipping costs.

Most of our items are available at our physical store located within at Vend Retail Precinct.

General Dispatch
Delivery from dispatch notification will take between 1-4 business days (dependant on carrier service and location).
Courier Services can take anywhere from 1 to17 days depending on location.
You will be notified by email with your tracking information as soon as your item is dispatched.
Express Post Satchels will be posted the same day of order if ordered before 12pm and the next working day if ordered after 12pm.
Returns Policy
What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that: Items are returned within 30 days of time of receipt of goods; You have proof of purchase; Items must be in un-used condition with the original undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, please ensure that the return product is suitably packed to prevent damage during return shipping. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards or credits. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at info@estlandandco.com and we will provide details on where to send your return.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or I received the incorrect product?

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via email info@estlandandco.com within 30 days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Estland&Co. will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. If you believe your item is faulty after the 30-day time criteria, Estland&Co. may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if the item is deemed faulty.
