& Returns Policy

Vend Marketplace

These terms and conditions refer to any items purchased with Vend Marketplace labelled with the Shop Number 3 Only.

Estland&Co. (SHOP 3) currently shares a space with other creative businesses who also display their products within this space. These other businesses may have their own Terms and Conditions and Returns Policies, and it is suggested that you contact those individual businesses directly with any questions you may have. Please ensure you check the shop number on the tag to see which business you are supporting upon purchase.

Refunds & Replacements

  • The term of refund or return is 30 days from date of purchase.

  • We DO NOT refund simply because of ‘change of mind’.

  • We DO NOT refund if it is found that damage has occurred to the item after purchase and was not faulty or damaged at the time of sale.

  • We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges on items marked ‘Clearance’, ‘End of Line’ or ‘AS-IS’ or any other already reduced amount.

  • We DO NOT price match or refund if you find a similar product elsewhere.

  • We will gladly consider the return of goods are found to have been faulty when purchased.

Proof of Purchase Supplied

  • Refund - We are happy to offer a full refund with Vend Management Approval on your item if the product is returned in 100% re-saleable condition (unopened, undamaged, and unworn) with proof of purchase (Vend Receipt) stating the date purchased, item code and/or description, stating the item came from Shop 3.

  • Replacement / Exchange - With Proof of Purchase and Vend Management Approval, if the item is available in store, the customer may do a straight swap - like for like. If the item is not in stock the customer may request a refund for amount of the goods or request an Estland&Co. Gift Card for equal amount of the product.

No Proof of Purchase

If the customer cannot produce proof of purchase, they may be entitled to transfer the amount of the product to an Estland&Co. Gift Card at the discretion and approval of the Vend Marketplace Manager only. If the Manager is unsure as to whether the product is in fact from Estland&Co. Vend will be required to contact the store owner for confirmation and approval. If goods are suspected to not have been purchased from Estland&Co within a the specified timeframe, both Vend and Estland&Co.’s management have the right to refuse refund, replacement or exchange.

Exchange to Gift Card

If a Gift Card is issued, it must be registered at the Vend Point of Sale Counter by the Vend Manager and may only be used for future purchases on products labelled SHOP 3 located within Estland&Co. No other product within Vend Marketplace or shop numbers other than Shop 3 - whether located within the Estland&Co. physical space or within the greater area of Vend Marketplace can be purchased or swapped with an Estland&Co. Gift Card.

Living Items

Living items such as plants are not able to be refunded or replaced due to the lack of control of how that plant is cared for, positioned etc. All plant items are purchases are AS-IS and are of a live and saleable condition when sold unless otherwise stated in clearance or end of line sale items.

GIFT CARDS

Estland&Co. Gift Cards are available both online and in store at Vend Marketplace Virginia

Vend Purchasing

The Gift Card MUST be registered at the Vend Point of Sale Counter by the Vend Manager and may only be used for future purchases on products labelled SHOP 3 located within Estland&Co. or online products if the online shop in available.

Exchanging your Gift Card for Goods

When using your Gift Card at Vend Marketplace, only Estland&Co. (SHOP 3) items are allowed to be purchased. No other product within Vend Marketplace or alternate shop number whether located within the Estland&Co. physical space or other items within Vend Marketplace can be purchased with an Estland&Co. Gift Card.

Card Expiry

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date, if you require an extension, please just send us an email at info@estlandandco.com to discuss.


GENERAL T&C’s

Please note that by shopping at Estland&Co. you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Privacy policy
Any information you give to Estland&Co. will be handled with the utmost care. We will only use the information provided lawfully. We will only email you in the future if it is directly relevant to an order or if you have signed up to our newsletter. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available. Some products may not be available immediately but can be pre ordered and will be labeled as such.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Online Returns
All items can be returned or exchanged if they have not been used. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by email at info@estlandandco.com. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days.

Online Returns Procedure
To return a product to us:
1. Contact us by email at info@estlandandco.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Include your name, address and the order number. Do not send anything until you have confirmation from us.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in their original packaging. Ensure that the packaging is secured, as we will not be able to make a refund for items damaged in return transit.
3. Ship to: Estland&Co. 19 Lucille Street, Boondall, QLD 4034 Australia

4. We are not liable for lost return parcels. Therefore we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. We strongly advise you to insure the package in case it is damaged in transport.
5. Once received, we will inspect the goods within 3 business days and if their condition matches our requirements (that is: 100% re-saleable and undamaged, unless the return is for a damaged item),

6. A refund will be made within 14 business days to the method of payment used online to purchase the item originally. We will send you an email confirming your exchange will be made within 14 business days.
7. Please note that any return shipping costs will be covered by you.

Cancellation of order
Cancellation of orders should be made as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation online. A later cancellation may not be possible, since we endeavor to ship the goods immediately. Once the sale has been marked as sent, we can no longer cancel an order.

Free Gift Wrapping

Excludes Furniture and bulky items - Free gift wrapping remains to our discretion based on product size and type.

Bulk Ordering - Gift Boxes

For ordering of large quantities a lead time for specific products my be required. We will notify you if this is the case.

Changes to terms
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Injury as result of using or purchasing products.

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness or harm caused directly or indirectly from any third party products sold at Estland&Co.

  • Ensure manufacturers specifications and directions are adhered to and use common sense when decorating and placing heavy items.

  • Ensure manufacturers directions of use are adhered to when using lifestyle products for the body or home.

  • Ensure you are aware of your own allergies and read the ingredients list and directions before using.
